Bacon Cheeseburger

 Bacon cheeseburgers is one of the most popular burger in America.  Bacon cheeseburger is usually made with hickory smoked bacon or it could be made with any other kind of bacon you want to use. You can use any condiments like I said in my last blog post. For the bread I personally recommend to use a brioche bun because it makes the flavor from the burger and the bacon stand out more. You can also buy the burger stuffed with bacon.

The original Hamburger

The hamburger is an all American Classic. Every year Americans eat 50 billion hamburgers a year. It is a very simple recipe. It is made with chuck steak and a seasame seed bun. The condiments contain lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, and pickles. You cook it on the grill for about four to five minutes on both sides.  To cook it to the right rareness I personally like it medium rare with a little pink in the center. Then you put the bun on and the condiments that you would like and enjoy!
